Learner Living Cohort Event
Conversations that build trust, improve decisions, and create better relationships and results.
October 7 · 9–10am PT / 12–1pm ET
Live event · replay available to all registrants
Space is limited to keep the session interactive.
Some of the most important moments at work happen in conversation: with a colleague, manager, direct report, mentor, or customer.
And even when we want a conversation to go well, our assumptions, blind spots, and automatic patterns can shape the outcome before we even say a word.
In this interactive session, we'll explore how the Choice Map™ can help us recognize our own Learner and Judger patterns, catch assumptions as they arise, and make more conscious choices about how we listen, respond, and engage with others at work.
Bring a difficult or important conversation, relationship, or situation from work. You'll use it confidentially to practice noticing what happens in you, shifting when needed, and creating a conversation that is generative, effective and satisfying for everyone involved.
What You'll Leave With
Greater awareness of the patterns that shape how you show up in conversations
A practical way to catch assumptions and uncover blind spots before they drive how you respond
More experience shifting from Judger to Learner when a conversation gets difficult or stuck
Ways to listen and ask questions that create more openness, curiosity, and understanding
One real conversation you've worked through and can approach differently
This session builds on the Learner Living work we began this spring. Whether you joined every session or missed some along the way, you'll have what you need to participate fully. No catching up required.
