What it is

The Chief Question Officer® (CQO) Certificate Program empowers change agents in applying the Question Thinking™ (QT) Method of Tools and Practices in masterful, innovative, and engaging ways for organizational and business results. Change agents include leaders, managers, coaches, and HR and learning professionals as well as those with responsibilities for operational excellence and quality.

What you get

The CQO Program enables participants to become “subject matter experts” and consultants (internal and external) in applying the QT System of Tools and Practices in facilitating change solutions. This system embodies inquiry skills, tools, and practices that optimize engagement, productivity, communication, collaboration, innovation and results for individuals, teams, and organizations.

How it works

The Chief Question Officer Program is a unique 5-month program beginning with a four-day workshop followed by thirteen telelabs and a practical, personal supervised learning and application project. In the first two days, you get the QT material “in your bones.” The second two and a half days focus on how to use this material to empower facilitating and consulting with others. Fourteen telelabs follow the workshop along with a practical, personal learning project. You will develop a deeper facility with the QT concepts, tools, practices and skills, allowing for qualification to present Change Your Questions, Change Your Results Basics (either as a one-day workshop or separate modules) at the completion of the CQO-Level One program. Successful completion also includes eligibility to license the Question Thinking System™ of Tools and Practices (and associated materials) to facilitate in workplaces.
