Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the Foundation Workshop and the Practice & Application Workshop?

The Foundation Workshop gives you the core Question Thinking™ skills, tools, and language — including the Choice Map™ and Top 12 Questions — in four highly interactive sessions. The Practice & Application Workshop includes the full Foundation plus four additional sessions that go deeper into applying the tools, mastering switching in real time, advanced Q-Prep™, and integrating somatic practices. Even more, the Practice & Application program provides advanced integration practices to help you apply what you learned in Foundation until it becomes a natural part of how you lead. This track is ideal for those who want to embed these skills long-term, apply them in complex situations, or move toward the Chief Question Officer® program.

I’m an HR or L&D leader — how will this benefit my organization?

Participants learn practical, repeatable tools they can use immediately in meetings, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Organizations report improved team engagement, faster resolution of issues, better cross-functional collaboration, and leaders who communicate with greater clarity and empathy.

How much time is required outside the sessions?

Between-session practice is light and focused — typically 10–15 minutes a few times per week — and uses your real-world challenges so it directly benefits your work.

What if I can’t attend all sessions live?

We strongly recommend attending live for full interaction, but sessions are recorded for registered participants. You can also connect with a learning partner to review and practice missed content.

Can teams attend together?

Yes. Many organizations enroll multiple leaders or teams into the public cohort for shared learning. We can group your participants together in breakouts and provide invoicing if needed. Please contact us here to discuss options for teams.

Do I need prior coaching or facilitation experience?

No. The tools are accessible and adaptable to all roles and levels — from emerging leaders to senior executives.
